The new EOS-1D Mark III Digital SLR -- the highest-end model in Canon's EOS series -- boasts a faster shooting rate, a more sensitive image sensor, and two processors designed to cut image-processing speed in half. |

Apple began what figures to be a heavy advertising blitz for its iPhone Sunday night, with a 30-second spot that aired during ABC’s telecast of the Academy Awards. The ad began with a ringing rotary telephone and featured clips of assorted movie and television show characters answering the phone. In all clips from 31 different movies and TV shows were featured, with appearances by characters played Lucille Ball, Dustin Hoffman, Will Ferrell, and the animated Mr. Incredible from Pixar’s The Incredibles. |

US President George W. Bush has decided to officially warn Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf that the Democratic-led US Congress could cut aid to Islamabad, if it fails to step up its hunt for Al-Qaeda militants, The New York Times reported online late Sunday.
